These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the SportBuddy.Live mobile application and related services (the "Service") operated by Egor Plotkin ("we," "us," or "our").

By accessing or using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of these terms, then you may not access the Service.

By using our Service, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age. We do not knowingly allow persons under 18 to create accounts or use our Service. 6. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately. If you wish to terminate your account, you may delete your account through the app settings.

7. Disclaimer

Physical Activity Risk: Participation in sports and physical activities involves inherent risks. You acknowledge that you participate in events at your own risk. We are not responsible for any injuries or damages that may occur during events organized through our platform.

Your use of the Service is at your sole risk. The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. The Service is provided without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement or course of performance.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, in no event shall SportBuddy.Live, its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of the Service.

We are not responsible for:

• The conduct of any user on or off the Service
• Any injuries or damages resulting from sports activities
• Any content posted by users
• Any errors or omissions in any content

9. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless SportBuddy.Live and its licensee and licensors, and their employees, contractors, agents, officers and directors, from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney's fees).

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect.

By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of your jurisdiction, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.
